Bonde do Rolê’s much-awaited album Tropicalbacanal is up on the Mad Decent SoundCloud for everyone to listen to.
No longer holding on to the straight funk-carioca aesthetic of With Lasers (Rdio, Spotify), Tropicalbacanal is exactly that, a huge tropical party with music from all over Brazil. Excuse me while I listen to this for a whole week.
Still my favorite single off of their new album “Tropical/Bacanal”. Their other single, “Brazilian Boys” is excellent too, “Kilo” wins out because of that music video. I can’t wait for the album to drop next Tuesday (July 31st)!
